Contact form

When you complete the contact form on our website, we process the following data: full name, email address, phone number, subject and message content.

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, to book an appointment.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller's legitimate interest (handling enquiries).
Retention period: data are retained for the time necessary to handle your enquiry, then for the period required by law (generally up to 3 years from the end of the contact).

Technical data (server logs)

The hosting server automatically records the device's IP address, date and time of the request, URL, HTTP response code and browser type. These data are used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

Your data may be transferred to:

  • Hosting service provider – Kylos sp. z o.o., which operates the server hosting this website (Poland).
  • Google LLC – in connection with the use of Google Fonts (typefaces) and Google Maps (map in the page footer). Google may process users' IP addresses in accordance with its own privacy policy available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
